You must maintain an active subscription to receive support, updates, and access to product downloads. If your subscription ends, you may continue using Orbit products in any projects started while your subscription was active. However, you may not use those products in new projects, and you will no longer receive updates or support.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Orbit (via our payment processor) to charge the applicable fee on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are valid and up to date. If a payment fails, your access to Orbit products, support, and updates may be suspended or terminated.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account. Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund previous payments.
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time on a subscription.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the product and have not used it in any personal, commercial, or client project.
Once the product has been used in any project — whether live, in development, or delivered to a client — it is no longer eligible for a refund.

Orbit products are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee compatibility with all versions of WordPress, Elementor, or third-party tools.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages related to your use or inability to use the products.
All Orbit products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, functionality, compatibility with third-party plugins, or performance on specific hosting environments.
We do not guarantee that our products will be error-free or uninterrupted. You assume full responsibility for using the products and testing them in your environment.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If we do not enforce any part of these Terms, it does not mean we waive our right to do so later.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Orbit products after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be published on our website.
